From August /November 2025, due to milestone restauration of building the balconies are not available! Also pool and gym and laundry. Our studio is a one room place with a bathroom and small area kitchen for light cooking. Balcony is facing the ocean and studio is located on 5th floor. CVS across the street, 7-11 (200 Ft). Our Deck Down Under at Dunlawton bridge is the best for a full meal or for drinks and snacks (sunset watch is free) Pool is in process of remodeling not open at the moment
