This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! The space is close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Ride or run around Lake Mitchell. Note: the house is close to the Interstate, so there will be a hum of vehicles, however it's not near the entrance/exit to hear acceleration and deceleration. It's more of a hum of passing vehicles.

This is a house remodel. It’s been fun to be creative and making the space homey and livable! The second bed is an air mattress that can be placed in the sun room or living room!
