The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

Kick back and relax. Contactless stay. NO cleaning fees! However damaging bedding is your responsibility. The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat as I live on the main floor however there is a fan and heater in the unit. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon. Any questions just ask😃
