The double height space is light and bright, whilst full of history and charm. A perfect getaway, or an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds, Oxford, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bicester Village or Blenheim Palace.

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.
