The cottage features 3 spacious bedrooms, each on its own level; a fully equipped kitchen; great room; dining room; laundry room; and a 2nd-floor loft accessing the 16'-wide balcony. A 20' x 12' deck offers space for outdoor relaxing and dining and opens to the yard with fire pit.

Welcome to the historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge, a farm stay on the Creeper Trail. We're waterfront too, and have sweet, fuzzy donkeys to pet. Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. We host up to 2 guests ages 12 and over. No pets, please. Two parking spaces. Please read all details before booking. Cats may visit you. NO CLEANING FEE.

Easy Living is a quiet home in the country that sits directly beside the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. The Virginia Creeper Trail is conveniently located just across the bridge at the end of the driveway and is the perfect place to hike, bike, or walk with the family. Fishing is available along the river bank or just relax on the private gazebo. All of the conveniences of home with much more relaxation!

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

Campside Cottage--a vacation retreat located across from Camp Burson at the entrance of Hungry Mother State Park in Marion, Virginia. Relax around the campfire, hike or bike the many trails, lounge on the beach with a good book, or cast your line to catch a big one! Enjoy the beautiful views of the Appalachian mountains while paddleboarding or kayaking Hungry Mother Lake. Don't forget to go shopping or sample the restaurants of America's Coolest Hometown!
