The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

Tiny House Farm Stay

Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Guests who book our “Forge a Knife” Experience (Vonhelmick Knife Co) receive a 15% discount on their stay.

This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats.
