Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

A 5 minute drive from Pickering, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and the NYM Steam Railway. 10 minute drive from Thornton Dale, where Bangers&Cash is filmed. York/Whitby 45 minute drive. Dalby Forest 30mins, Scarborough 40mins. A tranquil stay in a rural location. Ideal for walkers and cyclists. Includes hot tub. Due to a balcony and limited space, The Hide is not suitable for babies, infants or children. Sorry, no pets.

Serendipity is one of three hand crafted wooden Shepherds Cabins, located on a working farm in the heart of Dalby Forest. (Also please see Serenity and Dahlia Cabins on separate listings.) We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Dalby and Langdale Forests and nearby moorland from your doorstep. An ideal place for walking and cycling, with many local tracks, footpaths and bridleways, or just relax in the garden and listen to the birds. If you fancy a day at the beach, Scarborough, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay and Filey are all within easy reach by car, A great place to get away from it all, Dalby is also a designated dark skies site so it's great for star gazing on a clear night.

Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.
