Háafell Lodge

Welcome to Háafell Farm where we raise sheep, keep horses and have one friendly dog. Our private guest house is located 200 meters above the farm, up the mountain at 130 meters above sea level. It is a recently built (2020), 100 square meter, modern “turf house style” house. Háafell means “The High Mountain” and has a long river that cascades down its side with several tiers of waterfalls. It is a five minute walk to our canyon and it is possible to take a cold bath in one of the waterfalls.

Welcome to the breathtaking landscape of West Iceland. The cottages at Thurranes are 43 square meters. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sleeping loft that fits 2 adults. The house can accommodate 6 adults. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house is equipped with a kitchen, where you find a little stove, a sink, a microwave and refrigerator. The living room has a couch and a small TV set. A small bathroom with a shower. Hot water, central heating but no WiFi A private hot tub, chairs and a gas BBQ are on the deck.

Glaðheimar is located in Króksfjarðarnes a perfect location before exploring Westfjords. Back in the day Glaðheimar was an Old post office and just across the rode was the main store for farmers and people in the area which has now a Handcraft marked. The view over Breiðafjörður from the house is amazing and the sun will not set until 23 and watching the sunset is just breathtaking

Seljaland ferðaþjónusta Cottage 2

This is a small 16 m2 house with a 180 cm bed, access to a shared toilet and bathing facilities with other small houses. There is a microwave, kettle, glasses, dishes and cutlery in the house. There is a small restaurant in the area but it must be booked in advance. There are 28 km to the nearest store. Guests need to come to the main house to check in. There is open WiFi.

Country camper suite í Dalabyggð

The working farm Nedri-Hundadalur is located 120 km west of Reykjavik. We are in the center of Snæfellsnes, Borgarfjörður and West fjords. We offer a camper suite, with kitchen and wc. Outside the camper is a hot tub, you can use, just let us know if you want. The sleeping space is for 4 slit to two grown ups and two children. The environment is beautiful and peaceful.
