Please know the downstairs space has an open/accessible stairwell w/out a locking door. An engaged host, I ask to be home at the same time to chat and to host you, and I do ask guests to leave when I'm not home. Unless I'm home, the upstairs is not accessible. Mpls/SP are 25-30 mins away; MSP T1 is 25 mins.
