A short 15 minutes drive takes you to the Village of Queen Charlotte that has additional amenities, shopping and outdoor activities. Haida Gwaii Heights House is a excellent jumping off point to start your island adventure!

Haida Gwaii Skidegate BC affordable clean & quiet!

Our goal is to offer a clean and quiet hotel style queen suite experience in our guest house on our property. Our road side view is tucked away in Skidegate’s newest development area. Our clean getaway provides you with a comfortable escape from your Haida Gwaii adventures. We have thought out every detail and includes a stand up shower and partial kitchen with unique amenities such as a crab dip net, chest waders, and a welcome candy dish! Close to a grocery store and gas station.

Half Moon Retreat

This two bedroom ocean view apartment in Daajing Giids is quiet, private and perfect for taking in the sea and the sky, the sun and the storms from the airy living room or deck. This modern retreat is situated in a place of wild magic, wonder and love. Kids and adults can enjoy climbing to the tree house, visiting with the resident deer, hearing the trickling of the creek, searching for the secret waterfall and ancient cedar tree or seeking the hidden path to the ocean.

New, one-bed, downstairs studio

Keep it fresh and simple at this peaceful and centrally located downstairs, queen-bed, studio apartment. Up a paved no through road, it is an easy 2 min walk to the Daajing Giids farmer's market, grocer and post office. This studio is part of a brand new build completed in 2023. It includes an electric vehicle charger. Ideal for one to two occupants, the apartment has everything you need to be self sufficient including washer, dryer, full kitchen and full bathroom.

Ocean front tiny cabin

Our rustic tiny cabin is situated on ocean front facing Hecate Strait. We have miles of secluded beach where you can enjoy the sun rises and ocean tides. The tiny cabin has everything you need to make your stay comfortable: a wood stove, heater, a double bed, kitchenette, barbecue and a fire pit. There's a separate full shared bathroom with an outdoor private shower. Plenty of space to put up a tent or we can make up a mattress on the floor for kids.

Toad Farm Guesthouse Tlell

A 5-minute walk from miles of beach, Toad Farm is a recently renovated bungalow on 30 acres in rural Tlell. On the way to the beach, coffee, tea, ice cream, brunch, groceries and more can be found at the Crow's Nest Cafe and Store. Tlell is centrally-located on Haida Gwaii, facilitating adventures north and south throughout the islands. Owners Lynn Lee and Leandre Vigneault live at the bottom of the hill in one of two other homes on the property.

Tlell Beach House

Stay in your own private house just steps from the beach in the community of Tlell on Haida Gwaii. House is situated on 15 acres of mostly forest with a small creek running through the back yard, a two-minute walk from Tlell's Crow's Nest cafe/grocery store. The Tlell Beach House can accommodate up to 8 with the sofa bed, and suits smaller groups as well.
