The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Saltwater is a purpose-built holiday house located on 20 ha (50 acres) of bushland overlooking the tranquil waters of Pelican Lagoon.
