Very clean. The house occupied by a non-smoking family. We don't allow smoking inside or outside of the house. We also don't own and we don't allow pets. The apartment is fully furnished. Bright Space: The apartment features a bright, comfortable/cozy space with large windows in the bedroom, kitchen and living room that all face the backyard and gardens and is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac. The property has a separate ground-level entrance located at the back of our home and the apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized stove, fridge and microwave, everything you need to cook a meal, and a table and chairs for dining.

This upscale 1200 sq. ft. private residence (attached at the rear of the mansion) has been renovated with care. Stay at Lornewood, in Guelph's historic downtown. It's close to many walking trails and natural areas. Some visitors have stayed longer term to enjoy the quiet charm and beautiful setting. We have implemented special cleaning & disinfection practises to ensure your health and safety. Please see “other things to note”.

Our private cottage is steps from downtown Guelph. The cottage is complete with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. The cottage is a separate building located in our back garden.You access the cottage along the driveway and stone pathway through the back garden. There is free wireless Internet along with Rogers Ignite TV and Netflix. The living room is spacious and there is one bedroom with a king- sized bed.
