It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. A quaint house built in the 1920's, filled with Gramma's charming furniture and cowgirl memorabilia. It is in a small town quiet neighborhood three blocks from the World Famous Mammoth Site, a ten minute walk from historic downtown Hot Springs with Evans Plunge Natural Hot Springs, 15 minute walk from renowned Moccasin Hot Springs and area restaurants. It is very convenient to Wind Cave National Park, Angostura State Park and Lake, Custer State Park and all Black Hills attractions.
