This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

A driveway leads you around to the back of the house, where a stone walkway guides you to your own private patio and entrance. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) This cozy, country attached "mother-in-law" suite with garden views is an 800 square foot suite with two bedrooms (11 x 15’ and 8 x 10’), one full bathroom, a living room with flat screen cable TV and a fully stocked kitchen, ready to be utilized. There is a separate entrance to the facility and parking for multiple cars (one spot under the deck). Outside, there is a large deck with a table and grill for outdoor seating and grilling.

The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The home was built in the late 1700's, but with the recent upgrades, it now feels fresh with classic elements. Located in Midcoast Maine, this apartment is an quick drive to the beach, hiking trails and museums.

In the beautiful Maine Audubon Neighborhood, nature trails and MacWorth Island are just down the road. I have 2 sweet cats. I’m fully vaccinated and clean thoroughly.
