Created within our home, our guest space has a comfy Queen size bed & tiled bathroom overlooking private courtyard; amenities include Aircon, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave & toaster (no kitchen) A short walk to the river swimming beaches & 5 minute drive to stunning ocean beaches. Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful ground floor apartment. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a 4 minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants. Don’t pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied! Come visit! There’s building construction across the road from us but please park in our driveway when you return from your day trips!

Silky Oak Suite - your oasis in Byron

From the moment you step through the gate, you feel the relaxed Byron vibe! It's a 2 min walk to Baz & Shaz's 'pantry', 7 mins to Suffolk village, and 15 mins to Tallow Beach. The centre of bustling Byron is a 10 min drive. The Suite has a king-sized dbl bed, ensuite, private entry, private verandah and courtyard with table and chairs, and a desk in a nook. There's a kitchen cupboard with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery suitable for breakfasts and managing takeaway.

Sunrise studio

Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Plus all the extras you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, including earlier check ins and late check outs. Please message for any enquiries.

Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.

Welcome to Rainforest Retreat. A relaxing studio nestled in Lennox Head overlooking the forest. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Inside the studio you’ll find everything you need with a well equipped kitchenette, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and portable induction two plate hotplate. The studio is a short 5 min drive to Lennox town or the beach. 15mins to Ballina and Ballina airport and a 25min drive to Byron Bay.

Our property called Allambi means "stay a while". Our rustic studio which we have renovated sits amid rolling valleys on our property of sprawling 40 acres where cows graze with endless valley views & is ideal for those craving an escape from the urban hustle and bustle for a relaxing country experience. Our property is quiet and ideal for weekend and weekday getaways and special occasions.

Miki's

Miki’s is private and quiet with leafy views to the north. Guests have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and a small, light food preparation area. There’s also a private balcony with a BBQ. Original artworks in the bright and airy room make it unique. Miki’s is in a residential area about 3km from Lennox Head Beach and Boulders Beach. The area is hilly so it’s best to have a car.
