The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The apartment is located directly by the sea near the old town center. It is located on the first floor and consists of one bedroom, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, SAT-TV, air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen and towels. The terrace is shared, but each apartment has a separate corner on it.
