We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

A beautifully recently renovated two bedroom home in Waterloo (L22), comprising of living room, open kitchen/dining area, small sunny enclosed yard, 2 bedrooms, office and bathroom. The house is close to Anthony Gormley's Iron Men, Lakeside Adventure Centre, Crosby Coastal Park, shops, bars and restaurants. The street is quiet with street parking Pets allowed (2 max) Transport: Waterloo Train Station is a 5 minute walk away (0.2 m). Liverpool City Centre - 20 minutes train journey

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Crosby is a small seaside town with a rich cultural heritage, a vibrant dining scene, and what is almost certainly the finest beach in Merseyside. Crosby makes for a great day trip from nearby Liverpool while others choose the town as a tranquil base from which to explore the area. With a strong connection to the Irish Sea, Crosby is popular among locals for its marina – a hot spot for diverse wildlife – and Crosby Beach, home to the iconic Another Place art installation.

Blundellsands Apartment.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.
