Open the front door and you will be greeted by a fantastic view of the beautiful working canal, with stunning barge boats passing daily. The long stretch of canal offers fantastic walking and cycling trails to see the beautiful views that South Wales has to offer. Our beautiful cottage has a double bedroom and twin room which sleeps 4 comfortably. Free on road parking at the property.

Relaxing stylish studio located on the mountain with picturesque walks on your doorstep. The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, and therefore our quiet hours are 11pm- 6am. I work as a heating engineer and I can get to most places in Newport from here within 15 minutes. We don’t allow third party bookings (don’t book for your employee/husband/girlfriend/son etc) or allow under 18’s to stay alone at the property.

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.

The village shops, restaurants and pubs are a short five minute stroll away and are well worth a visit. Magor has fantastic links being 2 minutes from the M4. We are approx 30 minutes to centre of Bristol and 30 minutes to Cardiff, 20 minutes to centre of Newport and 10 minutes to the Celtic Manor Resort and ICC.
