Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious, sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. Large well equipped kitchen with dining, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. Award winning gastropub 5 mins walk. A lovely rural retreat.

Peaceful rural retreat

During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. The top floor of the stable has been lovingly converted with a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting room. The stable is incredibly light and airy with beautiful views throughout that make you feel as though you are among the trees. It truly is the perfect country escape. 6 km from Chard Equestrian

The antidote to city living, a rural retreat in country hamlet, perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries. The charming, rustic one-bedroom dwelling has its own terrace, stunning views towards the Quantocks, and parking. Beautiful country walks, the next village has a pub, working cider farm with cider tasting, cafe and shop. Many historic houses, pretty villages nearby, and the Jurassic Coast within half an hour. Day trips possible to Bath, Bristol and Exeter, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The SHED at Dorset Farm

Be COOL at The SHED. It is one of the few holiday homes in west Dorset with luxury hotel quality air conditioning. Have your best nights sleep , even during summer heatwaves. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to nature. The shed is about serenity, luxury,good design and escapism. In winter we keep you cosy with fires and underfloor heating. There is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Charming renovated, detached double bedroom studio with en-suite shower room in a pretty village which boasts a pub, cider mill and farmshop. Situated just outside the delightful town of Ilminster with its shops and cafes, the accomodation is minutes from both the A30 and M5. Parking, peace and quiet and use of a pretty courtyard garden, it's the perfect place to break a journey or stay for longer to explore the glorious countryside or visit the Jurassic Coast.

Come and unwind in the beautiful Somerset countryside. The Bike Shed at Longmoor is a rustic getaway, perfect for walkers, cyclists, wildlife fanatics or anyone just wanting to amble about on the stunning 1000 acre historic estate of Cricket St Thomas. Breakfast on the decking, watch the sun come up next to the meandering stream, gaze at the dragonflies darting about. If you’re really lucky you might see an otter swimming past! Deer are regular visitors too.

Secluded cottage with breathtaking 360° views across the Blackdown Hills AONB. Bright, airy and beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, utility room and spacious conservatory. Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.
