Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Large well equipped kitchen with dining, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. Award winning gastropub 5 mins walk. A lovely rural retreat.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.
