Beautiful 3 bed, 1bath custom log home situated on Crawford Creek. Walking or biking distance to restaurants, shops and the golf course. About 2 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Crawford Bay. In winter, the Whitewater Ski hill is about 40 minute (+ scenic ferry ride) away. There is ample cross country skiing on the Kokanee Springs golf course and up Crawford Creek road as well as the spectacular Ainsworth Hot Springs just across the ferry(booking required). Fire pit available seasonally.

It is a favourite among couples, motor bikers, bicycle riders, seniors, small families ( max 2 adults and one child) or single travellers, offering fully equipped facilities, a 2-minute walk to the beach, close to Mackie Beach Park. 3 Just north of Boswell's public boat ramp, midway between Creston and the (free) Kootenay Lake Ferry. Enjoy a holiday without breaking the bank !

You wake up from your antique bedroom suite pour a cup of coffee and walk out onto the deck to look over the beach below beyond the waters of Kootenay lake. Kayaks, Paddle boards and a Pedal boat or a little fishing as well. There are quite a few books here perhaps pick one and lie on the beach in that comfy lounger. Twenty minutes up the lake is Kokanee Springs golf course. Your neighbour above the beach is an Eagle Family.
