The deck provides indoor and outdoor living space with a hot tub overlooking the trees and providing ocean views. Activities surround the area and the coastal views are included.

Ample parking ,2 min walk to Smith River,10 min drive to hiking trails & Redwood national Parks. 20 min drive to beach. Horseback riding nearby for both forest & beach rides (requires Res)

Our home away from home offers comfort and relaxation while exploring with friends and family our Wild Rivers Coast. The Villa has a prime location with a 180° view of the Smith River, the cleanest river in United States.

Sunset Sanctuary

The day ends differently here. The sun drops toward the Pacific, the light goes copper, then pink, then impossible shades you'll never forget. Sunset Sanctuary sits on a bluff above Preston Island. Gray whales pass during migration—you might catch spouts from the living room. Inside: wood stove, piano, vinyl records, books, games. Beach access one block away. Jedediah Smith redwoods 30 minutes north. Three bedrooms, two sofa beds, one air mattress, two baths, sleeps 12. Pets are welcome.
