In the backyard, there are several fruit trees which include cherry, plum, apple, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon and peach. When in season, guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruits. I reside in the unit on the first floor and I am generally available to answer questions or assist if you need anything. Located in historic View Park, a little known picturesque hillside community with panoramic views of the mountains and downtown LA. It's perfectly positioned a mere 9 miles to downtown, 8 miles to LA's most popular beaches, and 5 miles to LAX. To get around the city, you can use Uber, Lyft, or public transportation is also available within less than a mile walk.
