Home sits on two acres with complete privacy. Built in the 1940s and perched over Maple Bay with incredible panoramic views. Ocean, mountains, forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes property. Home is accessible, private, cottage feel, natural landscape, ample private parking, close to all amenities and heated pool from June to mid October. Pool is deep, heated and old. With wind and hot weather, water can get cloudy with organics. Pool water tested and cleaned bi-weekly.

Large deck with outdoor kitchen, dining area, bbq and fire pit. Outdoor shower, full laundry facilities and brand new large dock. Great for groups up to 8, and amazing for families with kids. Beach toys and some water toys as well as life jackets are available for use. Amazing year round accommodation with guaranteed relaxation!

Spacious, peaceful 1250 sq ft. upper totally self contained suite. The crystal clear Nanaimo river at your doorstep. Spacious kitchen is ready for the family chef but if you don’t feel like cooking the neighborhood offers a variety of pubs and restaurants. Many trails close by for walking or jogging. This cozy Studio offers stunning views and is complete with a kitchenette, full-piece bathroom and a hot tub. Suite has its own private entrance. Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.
