It's only a 7 min walk to the historic town square, 0.6 miles from Piedmont-Newton Hospital, 1.8 miles from Oxford College. Off street parking is available in the driveway. The apartment is located behind the main house and up a flight of stairs. Sorry, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children!

The home includes two bedrooms both with a queen bed and a newly renovated bathroom. The home is located a short 5-minute drive (1 mile) to the downtown Covington square. This unique place has a style all its own. This tiny jewel has taken on the theme of Hollywood of The South as numerous TV shows and movies have been and are still being filmed here. The whimsical decor makes you smile. The owners live in the main house and are available should you need anything. This is a very beautiful and SAFE neighborhood that is walking distance to the town square.
