Peaceful Parkside Cottage

Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Inn with the Old

We love staying in Airbnbs and always wanted to host. Our 750 sq ft carriage home is located minutes to Comox and the beach. We are 3 kms from the airport and 40 kms to Mt. Washington. There is so much to do in the valley and we hope you will relax here after a day of exploring. We are happy to share our local knowledge. We are not pet friendly as we foster animals (service animals are welcome). We share the back yard, but it’s spacious and you have your own patio and entry gate.

We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.

Escape to this peaceful oasis situated in the beautiful Comox Valley. This newly built 3 bedroom home is the best of both worlds with its modern living space and secluded/rural location. Sip your morning coffee enjoying beautiful views of the acreage, pond and the group of deer that frequently pass through the fields. A perfect place to bring the entire family, including your pet as this home is pet friendly. There is the main house nearby on the property as this is a shared property.

We host a cozy, clean, disinfected, and modern 950 square foot completely self-contained, street-level suite in our family home in Courtenay's heritage Old Orchard area. The suite has In-floor heating and on-demand hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms each, with queen beds and custom floor mattresses are available upon request. Restaurants, stores, groceries, and a Saturday farmer's market in the winter are steps away.
