You'll have the entire lower floor of our split level house to yourself - a full suite complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and outdoor patio area. We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.

Urban Westcoast Retreat in Courtenay, BC

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

We love staying in Airbnbs and always wanted to host. Our carriage home is located minutes to Comox and the beach. We are 3 kms from the airport and 40 kms to Mt. Washington. There is so much to do in the valley and we hope you will relax here after a day of exploring. We are happy to share our local knowledge if you need anything. We are not pet friendly as we may have foster animals. We share the back yard, but it’s spacious and you have your own patio and entry gate.
