Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. Ons landhuis is gelegen middenin de natuur, op de grens van prachtig bosrijk gebied en een oude rivierarm met daarachter een weiland met lakenvelder koeien en hun kalfjes. Natuurgebied. Ruim en compleet landhuis is onder architectuur gebouwd en heeft vijf slaapkamers (twaalf bedden). twee badkamers, volledig ingericht kookeiland, twee woonkamers en diverse terrassen. Er is een extra bed in de gastenwoonkamer beneden. Heerlijk rustig gelegen en het centrum van Ommen is op fiets- en loopafstand.

Auf knapp 60m² erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- & Essbereich mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Maisonette-Zimmer, das man über eine steile Treppe erreicht. Oben angekommen befinden sich nochmal 2 Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Fön. WLAN & ein Parkplatz sind vorhanden.

Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. De gehele bovenwoning is ruim de helft van deze Villa met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. En wil je wat eten er is een snackbar en restaurant aanwezig op het park.
