Although shops, restaurants and pubs are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded and on the foxford walk way...

Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views over Clew bay from Croagh Patrick to Clare Island. Ideal haven for those wishing to be beside the sea in a tranquil area. A beautifully restored 4 bedroom townhouse nestled beside ‘The Clock’ tower in Westport’s town centre. This 1800’s property has an abundance of character and old world charm. It has been sensitively renovated with wonderful features including exposed stone walls, sash windows and traditional lime plastered walls. ‘The Clock House’ beams with an authentic quirky character. It is fully modernised with fibre broadband throughout and all you need for a memorable stay in the heart of Westport town.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

Joyce's Cottage, one of two adjoining traditional cottages (the other being Derrypark Cottage) lies below the imposing Partry mountains on the shore of Lough Mask. This is the very best of Connemara. Solitude, peace and breathtaking scenery. Visitors can swim from their private beach, go for a cycle (bikes available) or simply sit outside and take in the spectacular scenery. A short drive (45 mins) over the mountains brings you to numerous secluded beaches on the Wild Atlantic Way.

It is also a short walk to Westport Point where the locals and Tourists swim at high tide. Close to Westport House where you can stroll around the grounds.

Our unique cottage has a style all of its own.A former Fisherman’s Lodge set between carrawmore Lake which is a angling paradise and the Erris Peninsula. It’s just 5 minutes drive to the Village of Bangor Erris which has a supermarket, Pharmacy post office ,pubs with traditional music nights on occasionAlso takeaway /restaurant .It offers a real taste of rural Ireland .The Bangor trail , and Owenmore river with its wild Atlantic salmon and sea trout is one of its many attractions.

The Golden Egg is a totally unique concept inspired by the age-old question: what came first, the chicken or the egg??? Guests will stay in a cabin designed to look like an egg!!!! Inside, The Golden Egg celebrates a chicken and egg inspired decor. Outside, meet our chickens!! Guests are encouraged to hand select freshly laid eggs for their breakfast in the morning.
