A 200-year-old stone cottage for six, kept in one family for three generations. A wood-burner, a country kitchen, and a private hot tub looking across Mulroy Bay. Set between Milford and Carrigart, five minutes from Downings and the Rosapenna and St Patrick's links, with blue-flag beaches within twenty minutes.
