In the kitchenette you can prep basic meals and be ready for a day of adventure, or stay home and have a foosball tournament. Only 4 min from the freeway and countless local attractions no matter the time of year!

Ski at Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird. Hike the canyons in Summer, Fall and Spring. This is a quiet basement apartment with two bedrooms, a fully equipped small kitchen with gas range, microwave and refrigerator. A bath with a large shower, living room with a comfortable seating. A large table for meals or work. Cable TV and internet, a stacked washer and dryer for guests' exclusive use. This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
