Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. The Small House, is a quaint detached cottage situated just outside the beautiful Cotswold Village of Bibury. Its a short walk to the typically Cotswold charming village of Bibury and just a short drive from Cirencester, and an 8 minute walk away from Arlington Row, owned by the National Trust, which is one of England’s most iconic and photographed sites, it even appears on the inside cover of UK passports! Use the small house as a base to explore and enjoy a true Cotswold experience.

Delightful renovated refurbished Stables with original period features retained, located in the heart of the Cotswold village of Luckington Wiltshire. The accommodation has a bedroom equipped with two single beds, (can make a double) with ensuite bathroom, double sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Stables are to be found behind a walled secure garden alongside the main family house and has outside seating and BBQ. There is secure parking available.

Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Within easy access of Cheltenham racecourse and the lovely villages of the Cotswolds, the many country pubs or a visit to the amazing Giffords Circus.

We hope to create a calm, friendly and accommodating environment for you to stay in our latest labour of love. Life is peaceful and quite here in our deceptively secluded spot in the hamlet of Watledge, on the Cotswold Way. We are within easy walking distance of the vibrant town of Nailsworth, as well as Amberley and Minchinhampton Common, with short drives to Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tetbury, Bath, Badminton and Gatcombe. Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.

The Lodge also includes a 3.5m outdoor kitchen looking over The Malvern Hills. The kitchen includes a large built in BBQ, a pizza oven and sink.
