Two ski resorts (Hunt Hollow & Bristol) are less than 15 minutes away for year-round fun and access to a private dock is provided.

The finger lakes wineries are a short drive from Rochester. We are also a 25 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store within 5 miles from the house.
