We back onto a nature park with a trail leading to the ocean a 15 minute stroll. Close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and pubs. Mt Washington is a 40 minute drive to endless hiking trails and biking as well as great skiing conditions in the winter months. My wife and I live upstairs and are available if needed. Come relax and enjoy your stay.

The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

A perfect place to bring the entire family, including your pet as this home is pet friendly. There is the main house nearby on the property as this is a shared property.

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi.
