Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. Large studio which is part of a stilt home in a quiet neighborhood. The host lives upstairs. The private rental unit is downstairs adjacent to the artist's work space. The rental has a separate entrance and small patio at the back. The living area is separated from sleeping area by curtains and has a king bed. The bed can be converted to two twins on request. Great location, 1 mile to 5th avenue, 2 miles to the beach.
