My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. We welcome pets, and charge a pet fee of $125 per stay. Just tell us with your request to book and we'll update your quote. We allow special event gatherings. Gatherings larger than 20 require an additional $50 event cleaning fee. Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

The Bolero House - Jen's Hide-out 2 bedroom unit

Always clean. Always convenient. Two private queen bedrooms, private entrance, kitchenette, and bath and a half. Located in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. Included: small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, and a few basic items for breakfast for guests with short-term stays. Since discounts are offered to guests for longer stays, breakfast is not included with them. WANT ANOTHER BED AND A DEN?? We also offer Cody’s Quarters suite!

Open concept, modern home with warm and comfortable atmosphere. Designed for executive and business travelers, getaway couples, weekenders, Aggie sport fanatics and chefs. Very quiet, secure neighborhood across from Traditions development entrance off of Villa Maria and less than 2 miles from TAMU campus and Kyle field and just minutes from Rellis campus. We own and manage this property and we are available at all times 24/7 via cellphone or messaging.

7F Lodge - Sully's Place

Sully's Place is our largest cabin and boasts an 80 sq. ft. dance floor and neon bar signs. Or, relax on the 9 ft. couch indoors or in the private, two-person heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub on the screened-in back porch. The cabin includes a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed and Aggie memorabilia. The private bathroom has a rustic shower “stall” without the long lines! The front porch has a relaxing porch swing and the back porch includes two rockers.

Ben’s Dairy Barn in Aggieland

Looking for a home base for an Aggie Game Weekend or a quick getaway? Ben’s Dairy Barn is the perfect spot! Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.

Kitchen available however cooking is not permitted other than microwave and broiler. The price is set at $149 per room per night to accommodate up to 5 guests.
