A Loft amongst the Gum Trees

Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

The Barn

The Barn is a bright, well-appointed studio which offers beautiful surrounds in a fully self-contained space. Explore our 50 acre property including your own forest. Located in the quiet hamlet of Deans Marsh, the hinterland of Lorne. Just a stroll to The Store cafe. Only 20 minutes to Lorne with the Otways at your doorstep. Other attractions include bush walking, local wineries, bird watching and mountain bike rides. Although the main house is nearby, your privacy is assured.

Set amongst lush, green open lawns and tall majestic rainforest, the barn is perched a few hundred metres above sea level, giving truly breathtaking ocean views. Live BIG in a TINY HOUSE. Located on Kambrook Dairy, 2 mins above Apollo Bay and The Great Ocean Road and all that the area has to offer. It is the perfect place to retreat, relax and recharge! The house features beautiful modern decor, that is both stylish and surprisingly spacious with superb views of the surrounding hills and ocean. Relax after a day exploring or at the beach and sit back on the deck and watch the cows come home to be milked.

KALMD is located on The Great Ocean Road, 20 minutes before Apollo Bay. Our simple three bedroom limestone house is set upon a large lawn, surrounded by 10 acres of native trees, with inspiring views that abound to Bass Strait and Cape Patton.
