Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Jobben ble utført av interiørarkitekt. Terrassene med samlet areal på 36 m2, har nydelig panoramautsikt mot bukten i Villefranche, Cap Ferrat og mot Beaulieu Sur Mer. Gode solforhold med sol fra morgen til kveld. Alle rom har egne terrasser. Leiligheten disponerer flere parkeringsplasser.
