Ce n'est pas seulement un lieu exceptionnel, c'est surtout une experience unique. Venez profiter d'un cadre isolé, entouré à 360° par des montagnes, des cascades, des forets, des champs pour s'amuser. Chaque saison offre des spectacles: En hiver faire des raquettes ou du ski de randonnée au depart de la grange. Au printemps, observer les animaux sauvages qui se baladent devant vous. En été vous baigner dans les cascades. En automne écouter le brame du cerf. Sans oublier d'observer les étoiles!

Chalet familial, 100 % rénové, avec vue

Nous proposons le 1er étage de notre chalet familial, rénové à 100 % en 2024, après 2 années de très gros travaux d'isolation et d'embellissement pour un confort maximum. Un environnement exceptionnel, à 1900 m d'altitude, à 700 m de Brunissard, au bout d'un chemin forestier carrossable. L'hiver, l'accès est le plus souvent impossible en voiture, mais le chemin se fait facilement à pieds, même pour des enfants : prévoir plutôt des sacs à dos. (option moto-neige pour bagages) 5 G disponible !

Ideale per andare a sciare d'inverno e fare escursioni d’estate, questa baita garantisce tranquillità e comodità in una posizione straordinaria.

Direct access to the Prorel de Briançon Serre-Chevalier ski slope. Free parking in front of the accommodation. In the quiet hamlet of Queyrelles (village of Puy St Pierre). Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.

One bedroom with queen size bed and single bunk with additional single bed/sofa in living area (baby bed/high chair also available) with views to the high summits. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking/oven. Perfect base for direct ski touring/hiking/paragliding access to the fabulous terrain on the sunny side of the valley.

Un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde dove potrete vivere la quiete montana. La casa è stata ristrutturata nel 2024. Il parcheggio è adiacente alla proprietà e gli spazi esterni sono ampi e fruibili. Situata in posizione strategica per affrontare percorsi ciclistici e con un accesso diretto sulle piste da sci del Centro fondo di Festiona. Adatto a chi deve lavorare in smart working grazie a una connessione internet veloce. Sono ammessi animali domestici e non è consentito fumare.

Grange rénovée, authentique et chaleureuse

Accédez à ce lieu atypique par un sentier de randonnée au départ du village de Saint Étienne de Tinée (montée de 10 minutes/500m/50m d+). Une fois arrivé, profitez pleinement de cet havre de paix: Exposition Sud, vue sur le village et la montagne, terrasse avec coin repas extérieur, 5000m2 de terrain, poêle à bois- cette ancienne Grange de 1770 a été rénovée tout comfort. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, de la randonnée et du ski. (Wifi/TV non disponible)
