Walk to "Trade Day" our local flea market every Monday and Thursday. Great access to Tryon, Forest City, Gaffney, Boiling Springs, Landrum, and more.

Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

The Hunt House was the beautiful home of Dr. Robert Lee Hunt of Lattimore, NC. It is on 6 acres of pasture and only 3.8 miles from the Washburn Switch Industrial Park. The house is fully furnished with 5 Handmade heart pine, cherry, and walnut bedroom suites, and has 5 bathrooms. The house has hardwood floors in most rooms, and antique furniture throughout the house. The house has a functional fireplace, and a large porch with 8 rocking chairs, that overlook the yard.

Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Tryon Equestrian Center, and Gardner Webb University all approximately 30 minutes away or less. Charlotte Airport, Asheville and GSP all within an hour drive.
