The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

Sunrise Acres

Unwind in this spacious 4-bedroom, 1.5 bath farmhouse on a 50-acre working farm in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Enjoy your morning coffee from the front porch swing, and watch the sunrise. Get a glimpse of rabbits, deer, turkeys, fox or an occasional bald eagle. Relax around a backyard campfire, roast hotdogs or marshmallows, make s’mores or create your own mountain pies. Have a seat on the extra wide log swing swaying from the beautiful Olde Oak Tree or you can sit on the patio & enjoy the surrounding sounds of the birds, crickets & cicadas. Maybe you’ll enjoy an evening campfire in the back yard equipped with plenty of firewood and creative recycled seating provided. We are near Knoebels, just a 6.7 mile drive. Rent The Magnolia next door if you need more room.

The Family "Ponderosa"

Come experience luxury camping at it's finest in rural Pennsylvania. A 38' luxury travel trailer set near Little Roaring Creek is as peaceful as it gets. The camper has all the accommodations of home with a spacious sized living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoors guest have access to their own fire pit, picnic table & both gas/charcoal grills which is all in close proximity to the creek. CALLING ALL HUNTERS! BARRY HOUSE has open dates available for November and December . It has everything you need to relax after a hard day on the trails or rides. Bring your mountain bike or hiking shoes and get your exercise on the trail right off the porch.See pics below. Sleeps up to 10. Big covered porch,picnic table,grill,volleyball, Netflix, and all the bedding,plates and utensils you need. Plus a wrap around driveway to easily park and exit with your rig.
