Your stay will feel fully functional with hot water availability for showers/cooking. The pantry is well-sized and all camping needs such as utensils, cooking pots/pans, etc will be available for your use. All you need are sleeping bags and groceries, you will be ready to go! We will transport and set up your vacation rental to the location of your choice within 20 miles!

Access to onsite laundry. We supply our own locally roasted coffee, fresh eggs, vegetables, when in season. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog. NO CATS PLEASE as host is allergic.

At 5 acres, the host's primary residence located at the northern end. To ensure your peace of mind, the entire property is fenced and gated.

Watch some TV from the king sized bed. Rest peacefully in the quiet country! There's plenty of space for parking, a horse trailer or boat. The Clark County Event Center, RV Inn Style Amphitheater and I-5 are 3 miles away.
