The cottage is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need including a scrumptious choice of breakfast, a large deck with Weber barbeque, a wood burning fireplace and a well equipped kitchen with basic pantry items. Set in amongst stunning native gardens, the bird life is abundant with native birds. Sorry no kids, no pets

Hidden Valley Cottage amongst the kangaroos.

This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
