This little wooden house in the middle of the Clare Mountains is the perfect getaway for one or two nature loving people. You are surrounded by peace and tranquillity, beautiful hiking routes and the beautiful medieval town of Killaloe on the shores of the Shannon and Lough is nearby. Topsy's Cottage a self contained guest house suitable only for 2 Adults and max 3 Children, the house does not suit more than 2 Adults or couples sharing etc… connected to our family home it was completely renovated in 2017 to a high quality finish with our ABNB guests in mind. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is nestled at the foot of Oughtmama Mountain amongst ash, hazel, and whitethorn trees. It's the perfect location for walking on the Burren pavement, caving, rock climbing, foraging on the shore, or swimming in the Atlantic. You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

Renovated in 2017, the cottage is in my garden. It has a pleasant bright living/lounging area with two couches, a toilet/shower room, well equipped kitchen, and a loft bedroom. Car parking is free, and outside the door. There's lots to do locally, with beaches nearby, and a short walk will bring you to the heart of this colourful village, with lively pubs, good restaurants, Irish music. Kinvara is an ideal base to explore The Burren.
