Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. It offers a cozy atmosphere where you can make wonderful memories with family and friends. Our private dock is a short easy walk from the house. NO STAIRS down to the water!! The dock sits in a large peaceful cove off the main channel of Norris Lake.
