Furnishings are antiques from Eugene's family in Ireland eg Grandparents or parents. We live a 20 minute walk to the City Centre and the bus stop is outside our units. This Home is very close to local shops. Lake Gwelup is a short walk away, bicycle path into Perth is at the end of the street. Modern large bathroom, Air BnB guest has access to kitchenette for tea and coffee, air fryer,microwave and fridge. Nice central location within 12km of Perth CBD Close to parks, shops and restaurants. Friendly , well behaved pets considered, guest has lockable bedroom. The owner has seperate bathroom and seperate area. Please don’t pay until accepted by host.
