The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. Coles Beach is 300m away. The Don reserve, aquatic centre, historic railway and Bluff cafe/restaurants are all within easy walking distance via pathways.

Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds with an extra single bed and/or cot on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Our one bedroom unit has a separate bedroom with double bed, full kitchen, living space, bathroom & laundry. The studio looks out over our garden and courtyard, which can be used by guests. The studio is separate to our main house located down the driveway in the garden. Located a short 10 min drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).
