The Wheelhouse Inn - CROW'S NEST

The Crow's Nest is a standalone unit situated at the top of the property. It is the most spacious of our 5 accommodations with the biggest views. Every room has spectacular views over Tasman Bay to the ranges in the west. The Crow's Nest has 2 bedrooms ... the master with a king bed and the second bedroom with 2 singles. There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, stove, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, sugar and a full range of crockery and cutlery. From there you can move to the dining room or out on to the spacious balcony which has a bbq and outdoor seating for casual dining. The lounge has a flat screen tv, dvd and there is Free WIFI. The bathroom is upstairs with the master bedroom and has a shower, toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. Free parking is directly outside your accommodation and the whole unit is surrounded by native bush.

Haven Cabin - no roads here.

Haven Cabin offers a peaceful place to stay with views of beautiful Endeavour Inlet from the covered deck and outdoor dining area. The cabin sleeps 2 adults, has a separate shower room and an outdoor covered kitchen, or Furneaux Lodge restaurant is a 25 minute walk away. Access is by water taxi from Picton, ask to be dropped off at Miners Jetty Q5573, the cabin is a short walk from the jetty. Access is also by walking the Queen Charlotte Track, we are ideal as your first night's accommodation.

Elaine Bay is the gateway for fishing and boating in the Pelorus Sound, with a launching ramp, and a mooring available.

Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
