The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. Our Studio suite is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and on street parking. Close to Basingstoke and its business parks and walking distance from Sherfield on Loddon. On the estate there is a Nisa shop and a pub less than 1 mile away. Easy access to the M3 J6 and M4 J11 motorway. This is the perfect space for a business traveller or a couple wanting to explore the local area. Beds = 1 Kingsize OR 2 large singles plus sofa bed available.

We live in a quiet and tranquil village surrounded by beautiful fields and countryside. Our studio flat is recently refurbished and is separate to our family home with its own access. There are many pretty walks around the area and several pubs in easy proximity. We have a village shop, and both Basingstoke and Tadley are 10 minutes by car. Basingstoke hospital and the railway station are also a 10 minute drive. We offer private parking (off road) for 1 car.
