Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Log Cabin: Cozy Creekside Cabin in Great Location

We can't wait to welcome you into our Cozy Log Cabin! Nestled next to a trickling creek this is the perfect place for a little romantic getaway, fun trip with the kids, or a girls/friends trip. Settle in next to the fireplace with a good book or relax around an outdoor fire with a glass of wine at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sound of the creek. With 2 BR/2 baths this is perfect for small groups and is very centrally located to all of the nearby Lancaster County attractions.

The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!

The Farmer’s House

Historic FARM STAY. Est. In 1757 and hidden from view, it is certain to provide a private getaway! If you have the heart of a "homesteader" or simply want to have a peaceful holiday, this farmette will allow you to travel back in time for a relaxing experience you will not forget! A winding brook and pond are located within short walking distance from the home. Well furnished, this home will impress you with all her comfort and character!

The Mineral House of West Chester

Unique home in the heart of West Chester, tastefully renovated with fantastic detail, walking distance to all the dining, bars, shops and parks the borough has to offer. This home will bring you back to WC again and again. Do not let the staircase frighten you, it was designed by the late great architect George A Matuszewski for this unique space. Come and enjoy this special property and all the charm West Chester has to offer.

The View

Come enjoy The View overlooking Amish farmland and feed the farm animals in the back yard. Watch spectacular sunrises from the deck or overlook the farmers field from the hot tub. Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
